Samsung Galaxy A9 lunch in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday in Samsung event. It is the world first phone that comes with a quad rear-facing camera setup. Samsung can improve camera facility in A-series as they can recently lunch their first triple rear-facing camera setup called Samsung Galaxy A7. The smartphone succeeds the original Samsung Galaxy A9, that was launched back in 2015.

Samsung Galaxy A9 comes with 6.4 inches Super AMOLED Display. It's powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor at 2.2 GHz. It's come in 6GB and 8GB Ram variant along with 128GB of internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy A9 comes with quad camera first one is for 8 MP (f/2.4) Ultra wide Camera (120°), Second one is 10 MP(f/2.4) Telephoto camera for 2X Optical zoom, Third one is 24 MP(f/1.7) Main camera and forth one is 5 MP(f/2.2) Depth sensing camera for live focus. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018)  a 24 MP (f/2.0) front camera. It includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack connectivity option. It includes different sensors like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and an RGB light sensor. It comes with Android 8.0 Oreo. It has a fingerprint sensor in back and Face unlock system along with that it has Bixby Bixby assistant and Samsung Pay support. It has a 3800mAh Battery. It will be available in Bubblegum Pink, Caviar Black, and Lemonade Blue colour variants, with the first and last featuring a gradient pattern.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) price starts at EUR 599 (approx 51,300 INR) and GBP 549 (approx  53,700 INR). It will be available from November. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) price in India was not announced at the event.
